She oversees all aspects of financial management, ensuring client bills are paid accurately and on time, and that comprehensive financial statements are delivered with clarity and consistency. Nancy maintains organized, reliable accounting records and specializes in creating detailed condominium budgets. She also works closely with HOAs to ensure annual dues are appropriately assessed to meet each property's financial requirements
